Far too often, executive coaching and other organizational development programs go astray, as consultants are not held accountable for delivering the results that clients expect. To ensure that clients are in fact getting the return on investment that they require, WJM offers dedicated and experienced Account Directors (ADs) who advise customers on all strategic issues related to human capital. They collaborate closely with line managers and human resources executives to define requirements and success factors. They assist in selecting from over 100 faculty members, the WJM consultant who best complements the personality, developmental needs, corporate culture, industry, personal background and even the language of the executive being coached.
ADs also serve as 'project managers' for all coaching and OD assignments. They ensure that the process is moving forward appropriately and that all deadlines and expectations are being met. They provide monthly "report cards" on each specific engagement, providing to HR and management an overview and status update against established goals and developmental action plans. WJM believes its unique Account Directorship approach brings coaching and OD consulting to a new level of accountability.
