Scott Gingold has over 20 years of consultative sales, client management, and consulting experience, and has worked with Fortune 100 and mid-size companies across a wide range of industries. Scott works with clients to develop and implement customized solutions to meet their needs in executive coaching, talent assessment, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Scott is client-focused and dedicated to building long-term relationships with his clients.
Scott joined WJM in 2011, after many successful years with a global talent and career management firm. Prior to working in the consulting industry, Scott’s first career was in retail commercial banking, where he held numerous sales and management positions. He earned a BA degree in History from Cornell University, and an MA in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Scott is a graduate of the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program, focused on executive and organizational coaching.
Scott lives in Northern NJ with his wife and twin sons, and is passionate about music.
