For over a decade, Alison Eydenberg has been researching, writing and implementing organizational effectiveness solutions for WJM Associates. In her role as Vice President of Coaching Services, Alison serves as “chief quality control officer” for our coaching practice. She partners with WJM’s coaches on each engagement to ensure delivery with integrity and accountability, and is a stickler for meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
Passionate about the power of introspection and the assessment process, Alison continually seeks out opportunities to learn about new tools and psychometrics that support individual and organizational development.
Alison has a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, a certificate in Finance and Accounting from Wharton, and a Marketing certificate from New York University. She graduated from Denison University with a BA in Psychology.
Alison is energized by her early morning swims and long weekend runs. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband, daughter and two corgis.
