Steve Braswell's years of business experience has happened during the "coming of age" in the information explosion in corporate America. He has played a leadership role in a dramatic change in the work environment for senior executives. During 34 years with Prudential, a $500 billion financial services company, Steve essentially served as the company's most senior "utility player" - taking on various assignments in order to address the organization's most pressing challenges in the areas of management, governance, human resources and communications. He was able to accomplish this based on the respect he had earned from all of the various business unit and subsidiary company heads as well as the CEO and The Board.
