We are looking for:

• A minimum of 3 years experience successfully selling human capital consulting services to Human Resources and line decision makers.
• A passion for consultative selling and exceptional customer focus
• Proven ability to develop relationships
• A history of generating revenue from new business
• Comfort around communicating with and presenting to senior management
